Mind Clearing Box
10-15/12/2025
Mind Clearing Box was created to give students a safe and anonymous way to share thoughts, worries, or questions they might normally keep to themselves. The idea was to reduce the pressure of speaking out loud while still creating a space where feelings could be acknowledged and addressed.
By allowing students to write freely and anonymously, the activity helped highlight how many concerns are shared among peers, even when they feel personal or isolating. Our team reviewed the messages and responded with thoughtful advice and supportive guidance, helping turn uncertainty into reassurance and understanding.
This event emphasized the importance of being heard, normalizing difficult emotions, and showing that support does not always require direct conversation. It encourages reflection, openness, and connection in a way that felt comfortable and accessible for everyone.
